About
I am a spiritual seeker. I walk the path of Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Kriya Yoga — believing all four pillars are essential to becoming a more conscious human being, as guided by Sadhguru. I’m on a journey of conscious living… on the path of Suddhi, on the path of becoming.
I am deeply present in my feminine essence. I love doing Devi Sadhana, understanding the Devi that resides within me, and treating this body as a holy temple. I love doing shringar, wearing sarees, alta, bangles, and more, as I feel deeply rooted in my feminine essence.
This blog is my sacred space where I share my experiences of surrender, devotion, and becoming. I have always been a quiet observer of life, and now I put those reflections into words as a way to express and evolve. I am also a registered nurse by profession, witnessing all forms of human emotions in their raw form, which is shaping me into a more sensitive and aware human being each day.
Each piece here is a small offering… a glimpse into my inward journey.

“When the mind is still and noble, respiration is still and calm and the body becomes stable and quiet. The mind is the controller and the king of the senses. Prana is the king of the mind, and rhythm is the king of Prana.”
